We would also rather confirm that we’re a match before we spend an hour of your time so we created the questionnaire below.   • Be as specific and open as you can.
  • Big or small? Local or global? What kind of services do you need?
  • Public relations? Public Affairs? Branding? Marketing? Social or digital media? Search optimization? Content marketing? List as many as you care to.
  • Embedded and hands-on or just as-needed?
  • If this is for a specific, one-off project, a range would be helpful; if for a monthly, ongoing relationship, a simple comfortable number for you would be helpful. If you do not provide a number, then it would be rather hard for us to scope out a proposal for you. (Think of it as if we are building a house; we need to know what to put inside the house based on your budget. If you do not offer a budget, we have to guess as to the size of your house.)
  • Any big news coming up from your company? (innovations, new products, people, etc.) In what areas do you think your company is truly differentiated or GREAT, and in what areas are you weaker or the same as your competition? Who are your competitors?
  • What does success look like in a year? Or at the end of the scope of work?
  • Please be as specific and detailed as you can. You can take responsiveness, talent, creativity, and discretion for granted with us.
  • Tell us a bit more about your company - anything you think could be helpful to us as we learn about you. Do you have a dedicated marketing or communications team? If so, how many people? Who is our point of contact?
