WHAT: Dr. Sarah Speck and Seattle Chef Tom Douglas have teamed up to raise awareness about the proactive steps that can be taken to reduce the risk for heart disease through healthy eating. They have created recipes that help to reduce risk for heart disease, and staying true to Tom Douglas quality, the recipes taste great.
This is your opportunity to meet with Dr. Speck and Chef Douglas to learn about foods that promote heart health and sample the recipes for yourself!
