Aaron has been engaged in the conversation since the late 1990s, where he discovered his love of media while working at local radio stations. After five years as a radio reporter, anchor, producer and promoter in New York and Connecticut, he and his wife, Lacey, ventured west to begin his career in PR. Soon he caught the attention of industry legend Pat Fearey and the rest is history. Two decades later, as President and CEO of The Fearey Group, Aaron leads with tireless enthusiasm and contagious drive. He takes his breakfast at 4:30 AM and never eats lunch alone. You can find him working to connect the next business with tomorrow’s leader.

Nandi brings more than a decade of experience working with government, non-profit and for-profit health care organizations. As a key leader of The Fearey Group’s management team, she specializes in brand development, integrated marketing communications and community engagement for the organization’s ever-expanding roster of clients. She is a big fan of running, chocolate, smart conversations and a good laugh.
Beth earned her chops in the wild west days of the 1990’s software industry working with Microsoft both at Waggener Edstrom and in-house. She went on to create an independent consulting practice where she was able drive results for clients close to her heart – education and food! Beth appreciates the “heart of hospitality” that her restaurant and hotel clients live every day and that high level of service inspires her to approach client relationships the same way. She values great people, top-notch work and compelling stories. As a director, Beth offers a wealth of experience in the public relations industry from knowing the benefits of planning ahead, but also when to pivot and think on her feet to make the most of every opportunity. Beth’s two kids, ages 16 and 12, and her seven year-old Basset/Lab mix keep her laughing and humble. A good run and time with friends keeps her (mostly!) sane.
Laura brings more than 25 years of communications and marketing experience working with non-profit and for-profit businesses in health care, real estate, higher education and hospitality sectors. She specializes in development of complex communications strategies, crisis communication protocol and execution, event planning, brand development, integrated marketing communications and community engagement. Having spent most of her career on the client side, she brings a balanced perspective to the team.
She is a big fan of her husband and 3 kids, she thinks driving soccer carpool is one of the best jobs in town, and she can’t get enough of cheering her kids on from the sideline. She loves enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of crisp sauvignon blanc in the evening. When not in the office you can find her walking, peddling or paddling Greenlake, sweating it out in a hot yoga class, tending to the flowers in her garden or having a laugh with friends.

Chris wears all of the hats. Whether it’s human resources, IT, finance or operations, she is the mighty engine that makes the office run. If someone needed stitches, we’re pretty sure Chris could handle it.
When she’s not saving the day at Suite 1212 you can find her making magic in the kitchen, sailing around the Puget Sound or planning her next travel adventure.
Laura knows the architecture, engineering and contractor world better than anyone. And her passion for sustainability runs through every Fearey initiative. Her built clients have included Perkins+Will Seattle, Sellen Construction, Studio Meng Strazzara and the Seattle Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Prior to joining Fearey, she served as PR Director for Callison Seattle and Senior PR Manager overseeing PR efforts for NBBJ globally. She moved to Seattle 15+ years ago to help open the Frank Gehry-designed Experience Music Project while at another agency. Laura lives in the artsy Fremont neighborhood in Seattle with her husband and two children.
When’s she’s not working, you can find her running, biking, hiking, paddling, skiing or remodeling their mid-century modern bungalow. Laura also served on the Board for Design in Public, an extension of the AIA Seattle.
Theresa Stone, well-known for her strategic imagination in aligning business goals with creative strategy and expression, has successfully led brand design and marketing engagements for clients such as Rachael Ray’s non-profit foundation, Yum-o!, Microsoft, University of Washington, Stanford University, Global Partnerships, WithinReach, Qualcomm Life, John Legend’s Show Me Campaign and ParentMap. Her experience across a variety of industries—including technology, healthcare, retail, consumer products, professional services, education and foundation and non-profit organizations—enables Theresa to bring real-world understanding and results-proven perspective to clients who seek to develop deeper relationships with their customers.
Theresa has been a hands-on product designer and entrepreneur herself, launching Me Giant, a line of children’s apparel; after two years of successful management, she sold the operations.
She earned her Master of Communication in Digital Media at the University of Washington in 2010 and holds a Bachelor degree in Communications from the University of Washington. Upon completing her Masters degree, Theresa now sits on the MCDM Advisory Board and Four Peaks Leadership Team.
Heather is a communications powerhouse. As leader of the social media programs at The Fearey Group, she is a social media ninja with a finger on the pulse of all things trending. With a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of her clients’ needs, she delivers top-notch service without compromise.
She loves spending her free time with her family, strolling for coffee in south Seattle or playing at Alki Beach.
Amy has more than 15 years of health journalism and communications experience, including extensive reporting on health care policy for news organizations that include The Seattle Times, American Medical News and Health News Daily. She spent four years reporting in Washington, D.C., mostly on Capitol Hill. As an account supervisor at The Fearey Group, her recent and current clients include Humana, Providence Health & Services, UCSF Medical Center, Seattle Reproductive Medicine and Perkins Coie LLC.
A native Minnesotan, Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in political science at Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, and a master’s degree in health journalism, with a graduate minor in bioethics, at the University of Minnesota.
Amy lived in Japan for three years, including two years as a teacher and translator on the small island of Zamami in Okinawa.
Chris is at the cusp of what’s next when it comes to the digital world, and we’re thankful for it. When he’s not answering questions about podcast strategy or live streaming events, you can find him pitching media and writing blog posts for clients. His unique background in Washington D.C., both in political affairs and as a Communications Manager for the American Heart Association, provides a point of view that is invaluable to the work we do every day. He has the ability to immerse himself in his clients’ worlds, becoming a subject-matter expert who is genuinely invested in their business.
After work you can often find Chris enjoying a pint at a local microbrewery, taking in a Seahawks game, playing with his dog, London, or traveling around the country for airline miles.
Marya is a communicator, strategist and self-professed grammar nerd. She’s always challenging herself to think outside of the box and be creative when it comes to working with clients. Marya has an extensive background in strategic communications and social media, working for the Washington State Bar Association and the Downtown Seattle Association prior to The Fearey Group. Marya has a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and English from Western Washington University. Marya discovered The Fearey Group in 2012 at #SMLunch and made it her goal to work there. Now, she’s excited to be a part of this fearless team.
In her spare time, you can find Marya exploring Seattle, petting dogs, traveling the world, attending Sounders games or volunteering for various charities like We Day, Kingdom Hope and Get Hitched, Give Hope.
Rachel is a born communicator and an enthusiastic supporter of all things social media. After spending four years earning her degree in international business and economics at the University of Denver, Rachel returned to her native Seattle where she interned for the Lupus Foundation of America and Organizing for Washington. She was soon snatched up by The Fearey Group where she continues to wow us daily with her enthusiasm and fearless thinking.
In her spare time, Rachel bikes, runs and treats the team to delicious homemade vegan muffins.
Olivia is a passionate multimedia communicator with experience in journalism, audio and video production and social media. She assists with public relations at The Fearey Group while finishing up her degree in journalism with three minors in international studies, political science and human rights from the University of Washington. During her college years, she has interned at the Seattle Globalist, My Edmonds News and KING 5 News and continues to serve as the executive producer of The Daily Video at UW. As a Colorado native and resident of Seattle, her recipe for survival depends on outdoor adventures, music shows and coffee.
Justin creates videos and podcasts for our clients and for The Fearey Group’s website content channels, from filming to editing to media management. When he’s not filming, you can find him playing music around town.
