Quadrant Homes Announces Sale of TPC at Snoqualmie Ridge
BELLEVUE, Wash. – March 31, 2008Quadrant Homes, Washington State’s largest homebuilder, announced today the sale of the Tournament Players Course (TPC) at Snoqualmie Ridge to BrightStar Golf Group. Based in Carlsbad, California, BrightStar is a golf management firm which owns and operates golf properties in selective markets throughout the United States. A private club, TPC at Snoqualmie Ridge is the only Jack Nicklaus designed signature club in the Northwest. The 222-acre property is located in the Snoqualmie Ridge master-planned community in Snoqualmie, Washington. The "Tournament Players Course" designation reflects a licensing arrangement with the PGA Tour.
