Pomegranate Celebrates Valentine's Day with a Prix Fixe Menu Set to Spark Romance

  • Five-course menu for two features a 'Winter Lovers' salad, tasty Lobster Crème Brulee and delectable Chocolate Truffle Ganache

REDMOND, WA - January 23, 2006
Pomegranate Bistro, one of the Eastside's newest restaurants, is celebrating Valentine's Day with an alluring prix fixe menu - personally designed by Chef-owner Lisa Dupar - that caters to the palates of romantic lovers looking to share a repast for two.

Set by candlelight and culinary delicacies, the five course prix fixe dinner menu will feature flavorful creations, including:

  • First course: a Winter Lovers Salad with romantic cherry vinaigrette dressing served with smoked salmon cornets, daikon sprouts and citrus crème fraiche
  • Second course: Lobster Crème Brulee with fried basil and coral cream
  • Third course: Grilled Marinated Lamb T-bone Steaks or Oyster Mushroom Soufflé with artichoke puree, roasted cipollini onions, port wine sauce and crispy parsnips
  • Fourth course: for dessert lovers, a Late Harvest Riesling Float with blackberry lime sorbet
  • Fifth course: a Chocolate Truffle Ganache heart handcrafted and designed for two
