  • Female executives perceived the firm as unsupportive of women in the workplace.

  • In response, the firm launched a national women’s initiative to recruit and retain its female executives.

  • The Fearey Group began by creating awareness of the company’s commitment to women through its program entitled, The Top Rung.

  • We added credibility to the program by conducting research on women’s attitudes toward workplace issues and creating an advisory panel of women business leaders.

  • The company hosted a luncheon with keynote speaker, Lynn Martin, former U.S. Secretary of Labor, where the survey results were unveiled.
