Owner and developer of Cristalla, an $80 million, 22-story, 197-unit residential tower in downtown Seattle.
- SITUATION
- Cristalla, the first downtown residential high-rise to be built in eight years, was introduced to the Seattle marketplace in 2003.

- The developer set extremely high sales goals-90 homes in 75 days.
- SOLUTION
- The Fearey Group consulted with the sales team to create a stunning, "world class" Sales Information Center that included
a built-out, two-bedroom model home, along with developing a comprehensive public relations and marketing program.

- To ensure a successful launch and brisk sales, the well-orchestrated, integrated program included print advertising and direct mail, broker and prospect outreach and education, buyer retention events, special events, partnership development and media relations.
- RESULTS
- Sales goals were tremendous-the company secured 123 gross sales in 10 weeks (a 16% increase over the original goal).

- Cristalla also earned the record of highest opening weekend sales in Seattle's history.

- The Fearey Group's on-going efforts and key sales tools have kept up a continual "buzz" about Cristalla that continues to drive sales.
