Hermés 8-Ties Exhibition at The Shops at the Bravern

Beautifully orchestrating the marriage of Art and Fashion, designer Hermés planned to host a unique interactive, virtual-reality installation created by French artist, Miguel Chevalier, showcasing eight tie designs from the new Hermés Heavy Twill line. Although no help was needed in the creativity department, Hermés needed assistance in promoting the event.


The Fearey Group was hired to generate event buzz among media, the arts community, and the general public to drive visitor traffic to both the exhibit and Hermés boutique. The Fearey team developed and executed a two-part outreach campaign that focused on garnering pre-event interest and day-of coverage among local media and the fashion and arts community.


Hermés hosted an overwhelmingly successful event securing 27 media placements and reaching more than seven million impressions including print, online, calendar listings and social media mentions.

Media outlets included The Seattle Times, SeattleMet.com, SeattlePI.com and The French-American Chamber of Commerce.
