Cristalla needed a comprehensive launch campaign to create awareness and drive sales in the Seattle market.
The building’s developer set extremely high sales goals – 90 homes in 75 days.
Solution
Worked with the Cristalla sales team to create a stunning, world-class sales center that included a two-bedroom model home.
Produced a public relations and marketing program including print advertising, direct mail, broker and prospect outreach and education, special events, partnership development and media relations.
Results
Sales were tremendous – 123 homes in 10 weeks (a 16% increase over the original goal), and the highest opening weekend sales in Seattle history.
Ongoing efforts have created a continuous buzz around Cristalla, driving sales and awareness.
