The Fearey Group has a team approach that is embedded in its leadership structure.
The Executive Team includes CEO, Pat Fearey, CAO, Chris Nettles, President, Aaron Blank and Senior Vice Presidents Josh Chaitin and Heidi Happonen. Together this group of five ensures the firm remains committed to consistently delivering creative, meaningful results for our clients.
The E-team is equally committed to making sure everyone has fun doing it, too.
The executive team meets regularly. From our scheduled weekly early morning meetings and lunches to the impromptu chats around the coffee pot in the kitchen and random "I just had a thought" phone calls from the sidelines of Saturday afternoon soccer games.
We've all heard the locker room interview after the big champion game when the captain of the winning team is asked what set them apart from the competition and delivered the win. The answer is always, "we have a great team." It may even be followed by, "we're like a family."
It can seem trite, but only because there is truth in it. It's the secret to any success on any team. And on the playing field of Public Relations, it's The Fearey Group's not-so-secret weapon.
