Seattle’s most exciting new restaurant promises a sensory adventure.
The Fearey Group today announced its partnership with CIRCADIA, a unique addition to Seattle’s vibrant restaurant scene.
“CIRCADIA has created an exciting, truly one-of-a-kind dining experience and we couldn’t be more thrilled to help them share it,” said Laura Tufts, account director at The Fearey Group. “Their amazing vision is going to wow residents and visitors alike while elevating Seattle’s status as a world-class food city.”
CIRCADIA is the latest culinary project of husband and wife team Jake Kosseff and Jeanie Inglis, whose extensive combined experience in the hospitality, design and luxury brand development industries results in a unique and innovative restaurant endeavor. Combining modern sophistication and 1930’s Hollywood Regency-style elegance with an unpretentious and welcoming spirit, Circadia creates a memorable dining experience unmatched in the region.
In his 25 years in the Seattle food and wine industry, Kosseff has been successfully involved in every aspect of restaurant management and operations, most recently as managing partner of the upscale wood-fired steakhouse, Miller’s Guild. Inglis spent 20 years in the wine industry managing high profile brands such as Waterbrook, Cayuse and Nicholas Cole Cellars before diversifying into restaurant consulting, branding, retail and design.
“We created something truly magical with CIRCADIA,” said Kosseff. “By capturing the essential elements of Seattle culture and cuisine and presenting them in a beautiful and thoughtful space with zero pretense, it’s the upscale dining experience Seattle has been waiting for.”
Once the original location of the iconic El Gaucho steakhouse, the Tower Building on Olive Way is home to CIRCADIA and The Fearey Group, making the partnership serendipitous as well as strategically optimal. With an extensive roster of satisfied clients and passion for unique stories, The Fearey Group team matches CIRCADIA’s media-relations needs perfectly.
CIRCADIA opens to the public on November 19, 2016, and is now accepting reservations by phone (206) 486-6428 or by email email@example.com.
