New Home for Seattle’s 90.3 KEXP

Chris Guizlo / December 10, 2015

We are junkies for good music while we work. For most of us at The Fearey Group, that means popping in the headphones and cranking 90.3 KEXP. That’s why we were so excited to see KEXP move into their new home at Seattle Center.

As reported in The Seattle Times, the new building features a performance space for visiting artists that will seat 75, and windows that overlook a courtyard so those who are outside can enjoy the performance. The home also displays KEXP’s library of 10,000 vinyl LPs and 40,000 CDs.

KEXP is known around the world as one of the best independent radio stations, playing everything from rock and indie, to hip-hop and country swing. It’s a true representation of the essence of Seattle. Our team is excited to check out their new home and enjoy a show sometime soon!

Chris is at the cusp of what’s next when it comes to the digital world, and we’re thankful for it. When he’s not answering questions about podcast strategy or live streaming events, you can find him pitching media and writing blog posts for clients. His unique background in Washington D.C., both in political affairs and as a Communications Manager for the American Heart Association, provides a point of view that is invaluable to the work we do every day. He has the ability to immerse himself in his clients’ worlds, becoming a subject-matter expert who is genuinely invested in their business.

After work you can often find Chris enjoying a pint at a local microbrewery, taking in a Seahawks game, playing with his dog, London, or traveling around the country for airline miles.
