Our Team
About Us - Public Relations Agency

34 years ago, Pat Fearey struck out on her own – a public relations guru with one client and a briefcase full of original ideas. Now decades later, The Fearey Group has become one of the most respected PR firms in the region – with countless, long-standing client relationships and influential global connections in the media, business and government.

What We Do - Seattle Public Relations

You’ve got something to say? We can help.
You see it all the time – from PR hullaballoo to marketing mumbo jumbo. We’re for hanging our hats on more effective, meaningful campaigns. The kind that get people thinking, talking on their lunch break, taking action. From speaker’s platforms to community forums – we have the experience and know-how to develop tailored programs that make an impact. And get results.

  • Public Relations >

    Public Relations

We’ve spent decades building deep, influential relationships with local and national media – so when you’ve got something to say, we know who and when to call, and how to pitch your story. That could mean placing an article in Seattle Magazine or The New York Times, lining up speaking opportunities and tapping into the most effective social media channels. We can also make recommendations for community boards and charitable involvement. And if you need help with crisis communications, we hit the ground running – researching breaking stories, developing strategic messages and preparing spokespeople for the media.

  • Public Affairs >

    Public Affairs and Communications

Effecting change within the local political framework is one of our key strengths. We know all the ins and outs of government process and regularly work with city departments and community groups to gain support. We’ve tackled even the most controversial projects, working to engage the public, persuade key stakeholders and reach new audiences.

  • Crisis Communication >

    Crisis Communication

We help clients prepare for crises we hope never occur, but should the unexpected happen, we hit the ground running to research breaking stories, develop messages and responses, and prepare spokespeople with intensive media training. We’ve managed such varied and fast-moving issues as environmental and land use projects, on-the-job injuries, food-handlers diseases, sexual harassment and more.

  • Social Media & Online Public Relations >

Social Media and Online Public Relations

We’re on the front lines when it comes to social media. In fact, we've won international awards for our work. We are constantly helping clients uncover which tools are right for them and how they can use them to measure effectiveness and gain competitive advantage. We even offer social media boot camps that cover all the “how-tos” and “what-fors” – from tweeting to blogging and more.

  • Marketing Communications >

    Marketing Communications

From branding and website development to direct marketing and advertising, we can put together a team of marketing and creative whizzes. That might mean adding to your PR campaign with sales materials or creating a fresh identity for your company if you should need it.
